Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made before services are rendered.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the scheduled session, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Accepted forms of payment include [insert accepted forms: credit/debit card, insurance, HSA/FSA, etc.].

 

No Refunds for Services Rendered

At Drayton’s View Therapy and Wellness Services, PLLC, we are committed to providing high-quality care. Please note that all fees for services rendered are non-refundable. Once a session has been completed, clients are responsible for the full cost of that session.

 

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur a charge.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $75, at the discretion of the practice.

 

Prepaid Packages or Deposits

If prepaid packages, deposits, or advance payments are offered, they are also non-refundable. In certain cases, credit may be applied toward future sessions at the discretion of the practice.

 

Insurance Reimbursement

For clients using insurance, reimbursement policies are determined by your insurance provider. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage, copays, and deductibles directly with their insurance company.
